All online bookings require a 15% deposit to secure your appointment (excluding memberships). This will be redeemed at the time of your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment you need to give a minimum of 48 hours notice to receive your 15% deposit back. Your refund can take up to 10 days to be processed.

If you need to reschedule your appointment you need to give a minimum of 48 hours notice and your deposit will remain attached to the new scheduled time.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment the fee will be the 15% deposit.

Please arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes before your scheduled booking time to prevent your treatment being shortened and to complete the appropriate consent forms.

If you are running late, we reserve the right to cut short your treatment time to ensure that it does not impact the following appointments.
